What Temple collects
Temple collects account details, store settings, catalog data, order data, customer records, storefront analytics, support messages, and integration data that merchants choose to connect.
Meta and advertising data
When a merchant connects Facebook or Instagram, Temple requests the permissions needed to list business portfolios, ad accounts, Pages, Instagram accounts, Pixels, and product catalogs. Temple uses that access to sync product feeds, send server-side conversion events, and help the merchant manage ads through Olympus.
How data is used
Temple uses data to operate storefronts, process orders, secure accounts, provide analytics, run merchant-selected integrations, and improve the platform. Temple does not sell merchant or customer data.
Data sharing
Temple shares data only with processors and integrations required to provide the service, including hosting, payments, shipping, messaging, analytics, and advertising platforms selected by the merchant.
Retention and deletion
Merchants can request export or deletion of their account and integration data. Deletion requests can be made through the data deletion page or by contacting [email protected].
